TingTing’s is the latest venture from Dan Tsao, known for transforming EMei from a humble Chinatown Sichuan eatery into one of the city’s top dining destinations. Recognized as one of the Inquirer’s 76 Most Vital Restaurants and Philly Mag’s Best 50 Restaurants, Dan brings the same dedication and creativity to TingTing’s, reimagining Chinatown dining while celebrating its rich culinary heritage.
Our menu brings together the best of East and West, featuring standout dishes like Kobe-Style Smashed Burgers With Tempura Bacon, Spicy Kimchi Bacon Spaghetti, Baked Creamy Seafood Over Fried Rice, Creamy Cod Roe Udon, and Char Siu Rice Plates. A Community-Driven Venture – TingTing’s builds on Dan Tsao’s long-standing commitment to Chinatown’s growth, from publishing Asian weekly newspapers in Chinatown for over a decade, leading EMei to massive transformation and growth during pandemic, launching RiceVan to help 30 Chinatown restaurants to sustain their operation by delivering meals to 4,200 suburban Asian families during the pandemic.
